GOLF RESORTS — GROUNDTRUTH LOCATION MANAGER
Address update: 25 September 2026

Upload one country XLSX at a time in Location Manager. The supplied template says: “Please use the selected account’s country.” Use a matching-country account; the files do not establish country or account availability.

Canada: 73 resorts; 27 addresses updated
USA: 97 resorts; 3 addresses updated
Mexico: 30 resorts; 29 addresses updated
200 of 200 included resorts have populated address, city, region and postal-code fields. 59 previously held records now use researched published addresses. 0 records remain excluded for missing fields. The original 141 export rows are unchanged. These are full country lists; page filters do not affect the files.

Address scope: resort properties, shared resort estates or their central clubhouses. Rural park, highway, kilometre and S/N addresses retain the published format. Jackfish Lodge has a park location without a numbered street address. Wolf Creek's rural civic address is from a secondary golf directory and is not operator-confirmed. See each record's source and notes before accepting a GroundTruth match. The directory map coordinates have not been changed or re-geocoded by this address update.

Each XLSX preserves the user-supplied location_upload_template.xlsx: one Sheet1 tab and seven unchanged headers in order: Company Name, Address, City, State, ZIP/Postal Code, Phone Number, Country. Postal codes and phone numbers are text. Names are no longer than GroundTruth’s 64-character limit. Unknown phones remain blank. The template contains no latitude, longitude or FSA fields.

Only the XLSX files are upload files. Source records, the 59-row before-and-after address log and the address-review CSV are research records, not upload files. Address sources and notes are recorded in the CSVs. The address-review CSV has headers only when no records are excluded. Original source hashes remain labelled separately from updated sources. Listings do not establish current operating status; retained status notes include known closures.

These files have not been uploaded to GroundTruth. Review accepted, invalid, conflict and rejected matches before using the locations. Populated address fields and file-format checks do not prove location matching or geofence accuracy.
