This policy explains how Kuration Inc., a subsidiary of Kuration Brasil Ltda. ("Kuration", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects personal information when you interact with us, our website, and our software platforms, including Kurava.
Only what the work requires.
- Contact details Name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number that you provide to us.
- Account & project Information you enter into our platforms — tickets, comments, files, and campaign details in Kurava.
- Usage data Basic technical information about how our platforms are accessed, used to keep them secure and reliable.
- Client campaign data Data we process on behalf of clients through connected advertising and analytics platforms, under our agreements with them.
Operational notifications, not marketing.
If you provide a WhatsApp number, we use the WhatsApp Business Platform to send you operational notifications about your account and work — for example, when a ticket is assigned to you, when its status changes, or when someone comments. These are service messages tied to your use of our platforms.
You can turn them off at any time by removing your number, adjusting your notification preferences, or replying to opt out. We do not use WhatsApp to send you marketing without your consent.
To run the service.
We use personal information to provide, operate, and support our services and platforms; to send the notifications and updates you have opted into; to respond to your requests; and to maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
With service providers, and no one who pays.
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate — such as messaging, hosting, and infrastructure providers, including Meta Platforms for WhatsApp messaging — and only as needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Kept only as long as needed.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Access, correct, delete.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent for notifications at any time. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
Reasonable safeguards.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Canada and Brazil.
Kuration operates in Canada and Brazil, and information may be processed in either jurisdiction or by our service providers elsewhere. By using our services you understand that your information may be transferred and processed across borders.
